This policy applies to information collected through this website. Protected health information that EPMN handles on behalf of a member practice is governed separately by our HIPAA Notice and Business Associate Practices and by the Business Associate Agreement in place with that practice.

- Cypress Healthcare Consultants, which provides administrative and credentialing operations for EPMN

- Service providers that support our website, email, payment processing, and document storage, each bound by confidentiality obligations
- Government agencies, regulators, or courts when required by law
