Our Commitment

El Paso Medical Network is committed to making this website accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We want every physician, mid-level provider, and practice administrator to be able to find information, complete a form, and download the documents they need without barriers.

Conformance Target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities, and more usable for everyone.

Measures We Take

Steps we take to maintain accessibility include:
  • Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order on every page
  • Text alternatives for images that convey information
  • Color combinations chosen to meet contrast requirements for body and interface text
  • Keyboard access to all navigation, forms, and interactive elements
  • Visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link
  • Labels and clear error messaging on every form field
  • Layouts that reflow to mobile and tablet widths without loss of content

Known Limitations

Some content on this site may not yet be fully accessible:
  • Downloadable PDF forms produced by third parties, including payor and state applications, may not be fully tagged for screen readers
  • Third-party embedded content such as calendars, payment portals, and CAQH resources is controlled by those providers
  • Older documents in the Downloads library are being remediated as they are revised
