Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using epmedical.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, including prospective members, current members, and practice staff.
Who May Use This Site
This website is intended for licensed physicians, mid-level providers, and the administrative staff of medical practices in the El Paso region. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep any credentials issued to you confidential.
Membership Applications and Submissions
Materials you submit through this site or by mail, email, or fax in connection with a membership application must be complete, current, and accurate. As stated on our Join page, incomplete application packets cannot be processed, and expired supporting documentation will result in a rejected application. Submitting an application does not create a membership, a contract, or a guarantee of acceptance into any payor network.
Dues, Fees, and Refunds
Membership dues and service fees are billed as described in your membership materials. In the event your application is not approved for any reason, your membership dues will be returned to you. Credentialing fees are non-refundable. Payments made through the online dues portal are processed by a third-party payment provider subject to its own terms.

Content on this site is provided for general informational purposes for healthcare professionals. It is not medical, legal, tax, or financial advice, and it does not substitute for consultation with your own advisors. Payor rules, Medicare and Medicaid requirements, and state regulations change frequently; verify current requirements before acting.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
EPMN uses reasonable professional efforts to support credentialing, enrollment, and contracting. Approval decisions, effective dates, reimbursement rates, and network participation are determined by health plans and government programs, not by EPMN. Timelines described on this site are estimates based on typical experience and are not commitments.
Intellectual Property
The EPMN name, logo, site content, and downloadable materials are the property of El Paso Medical Network or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Members may download and reproduce application forms and member documents for their own practice use. Any other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires our written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the site in a way that violates any law or regulation
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access
- Introduce malware or interfere with the operation of the site
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download site content
- Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or affiliation with a practice
Third-Party Sites and Programs
This site links to third-party resources including CAQH ProView, payor portals, KonnectMD, and Capstone Plus program materials. Those services are provided by independent organizations under their own terms and pricing. EPMN does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.
